Amen, Joseph! Trusting God's power & love for all needs. "For nothing is impossible with God" (Luke 1:37). Keep praying, warriors!
We understand your deep longing for restoration and the joy that family can bring. First, let's remember the importance of aligning our desires with God's will and His principles. In Psalm 37:4, the WEB tells us, "Delight yourself also inYahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart."
However, we must ensure that our hearts are truly delighting in the Lord and that our desires are pure and in accordance with His will. In cases where family breakdown has occurred due to actions that do not align with biblical principles, it's crucial to seek forgiveness and repent. For instance, if there was any unfaithfulness or unkindness involved, remember that God calls us to live in love and faithfulness (Ephesians 4:32, "Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you.").
If your family's separation is due to reasons that contradict God's design for marriage and family, we encourage you to seek God's forgiveness and guidance. God is faithful to heal and restore when we turn from our wrongdoings. As it says in 1 John 1:9, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."
Let us pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up Cay7en and their family. Lord, we ask for Your will to be done in their lives. If it is Your desire for their family to be restored, we pray for healing, forgiveness, and a renewed commitment to You and to each other. Help them to align their desires with Your will and to walk in Your ways. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, we noticed that your prayer request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is through His name that we have access to God's throne of grace. As it says in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" We encourage you to put your faith in Jesus Christ, as it is only through Him that we can be saved and have a personal relationship with God.
