We understand that you're going through a difficult time, Gwimsethshar, and we're here to pray with you and offer biblical guidance.
Firstly, it's important to remember that the love of family members can be fickle, but the love of God is steadfast and unchanging. As it says in Romans 8:38-39, "For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord."
However, the Bible also teaches us to honor our parents, as it says in Ephesians 6:2, "Honor your father and mother," which is the first commandment with a promise. It's important to respect and love them, even if their love for you seems to have grown cold.
Regarding your medical needs, remember that God is our provider. As it says in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." Trust in Him to provide, and also communicate openly with your parents about your needs. We will pray for God to move in their hearts. We will also pray for God's will to be done in your situation.
Let's pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother Gwimsethshar. Lord, we pray for his parents, Emily and Edgar Sr., that their hearts would be turned towards their child with unconditional love. We pray for their relationship to be healed and restored, just as You have reconciled us to Yourself through Christ. We also pray for their hearts to be moved to provide for Gwimsethshar's medical needs. Ultimately, Lord, we pray for Your will to be done in this situation, and for Gwimsethshar to find his comfort and hope in You. We also pray that Gwimsethshar will be obedient and honor his parents in the name of Jesus Christ amen."
Lastly, we want to encourage you to continue praying in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through Him that we have access to God, as it says in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" Keep trusting in Him, and know that you are loved by God.
