General Prayer

Hello everyone,

My family and I are in full-time ministry. We have been in street ministry for years; however, over a year ago, my husband quit his career of 10 years, and we began ministry full-time. We gave away most of our things and moved halfway across the country. We are starting over and rebuilding our ministry, living completely in obedience to God and maintaining faith! I joined this site to extend my support in prayer to others and receive you all's prayer. I only request for you all's general prayer for my family and our ministry. Also, to anyone who desires it, definitely respond to me if you would like prayer or a personal prophetic release. We are happy to do God's work and be used by Him to encourage His children.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You today with hearts full of gratitude and faith, lifting up ### and their family to Your loving care. Lord, we thank You for their dedication and obedience to Your call, as they have given up so much to serve You in full-time ministry. Your Word reminds us in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight." We pray that ### and their family continue to trust in You and that You guide their steps as they rebuild and serve in their new mission field.

Lord, we ask for Your provision and protection over this family. In Philippians 4:19, Your Word assures us that "my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus." We stand on this promise and pray that You meet every need they have, whether it be financial, emotional, or spiritual. Provide them with the resources and support they need to carry out Your work effectively.

Father, we also pray for strength and perseverance for ### and their family. As they face the challenges and uncertainties that come with starting over, may they be reminded of Your promise in Isaiah 40:31, "But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint." Renew their strength daily, Lord, and grant them the endurance to continue their ministry with joy and passion.

We ask for a special anointing over their ministry, that it may bear much fruit for Your Kingdom. In John 15:5, Jesus said, "I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing." May ### and their family remain deeply connected to You, and may their ministry be a testament to Your love, grace, and power.

Finally, Lord, we pray for a spirit of encouragement and unity within their family. As they serve together, may they be bound by Your love and strengthened by Your Spirit. Let them be a light to those around them, shining brightly with the hope and truth of the Gospel.

We lift up this family and their ministry to You, trusting in Your faithful provision and guidance. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
