We are truly sorry to hear about the pain and discomfort you've been experiencing since childhood. We believe that God is faithful and that He cares about your suffering. We stand with you in prayer for healing and comfort, trusting in the power of Jesus' name.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up our sister in need of healing. She has been experiencing pain and discomfort for far too long, and we ask for Your healing touch upon her body. We of course know that all have sinned and come short of your glory. There are no guarantees in this life but we do know that You are faithful and that You care about our suffering, especially when it is glorifying to you.
We pray, Father, that You would reveal to her the spiritual and any physical root causes of this pain and provide a way for her to be healed. Please guide her to the right doctors and treatments if that is what is needed for this healing. Give her strength and endurance as she goes through testing and treatments. We rebuke any spirit of sickness and infirmity that may be causing this unexplainable pain. We command it to leave in Jesus' name.
Help her to remain steadfast in her faith, trusting in Your goodness and Your power to heal. Help her to fix her eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith. We know that ultimately you will provide healing either now or when Jesus returns and she receives her new spiritual body.
In the meantime Lord, help her to know that even though she is a sinner, you still love her and care about her pain and even her death. Thank you for your love and your patience and your promise that if she believes in the Lord Jesus Christ, she will be saved and she will live eternally with you.
We ask this in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. For it is written, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB). And furthermore, "because if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation." (Romans 10:9-10 WEB).
Amen.
We encourage you to remain steadfast in your faith, trusting in God's goodness and His power to heal, while keeping in mind the ultimate healing will occur when Jesus returns.
Remember the words of James, "Is any among you suffering? Let him pray. Is any cheerful? Let him sing praises. Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective." (James 5:13-16 WEB).
May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Spirit be with your spirit. Amen (2 Corinthians 13:14 WEB).
