Gas boiler repair and permanent solution for all ###s

Gas boiler. Me finding the repair man/handyman very quickly (good person and quality handyman).
Quick repair. Without complications.
Lasting not only momentary results. Because of a old type of boiler. Complicated - i am in a building - vertical part of tenants should change their boilers if i install a new boiler and this could cause problems with the tenants because it would be a bigger
Also please pray that i will quickly choose between 3 options for the repair steps, or all three at once.
Angelic guidance and intervention in Jesus name.
Lord help me and help us all that this problem will be permanently resolved.
