Prayer to help p end my gambling addiction

Anonymous, we are here with you in this struggle, and we commend you for reaching out for help. First and foremost, we want to remind you that God is a refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1, WEB).

Gambling addiction is not only a struggle with a habit, but also a spiritual stronghold. We must remember that God's will is for us to be free from any bondage. As it is written, "All things are lawful for me, but not all things are profitable. All things are lawful for me, but I will not be mastered by anything" (1 Corinthians 6:12, WEB).

Let us pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your divine intervention in Anonymous' life. Lord, You know the struggle and the pain that comes from this addiction. We ask that You break these chains and grant freedom in Jesus' name. Grant Anonymous the strength to resist the temptation to gamble, and fill the void with Your love and presence. Guide them to helpful resources and supportive community that can assist in overcoming this addiction. In Jesus' powerful name, we pray. Amen."

Anonymous, as you walk this journey, remember the promise in 1 Corinthians 10:13 (WEB), "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it."

We also encourage you to seek professional help and accountability from a trusted Christian friend or mentor. Remember, it is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God, and it is in His name that we find salvation and freedom (John 14:6, Acts 4:12, WEB).

Stay strong in the faith, and know that we are praying for your complete freedom and restoration.

We want to remind you of the verse in Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." With God on your side, you can overcome this addiction. He's not just a God of words, but also a God of action. He's ready to help you in your time of need.

Let's pray together:

"Dear Lord, we come before you today, lifting up our sister, Anonymous. Lord, we know the hold that gambling has on her life, but we also know the power that you have to break every chain. We ask that you would fill her with your strength and help her to resist the temptation to gamble. Help her to find her worth and value in you, Lord, and not in the thrill of a win. Surround her with a supportive community, Lord, and guide her to helpful resources that can aid in her recovery. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
