We are with you in prayer, Inilthuk, as you take this bold step to overcome your gambling addiction. We commend you for your desire to stand firm in the name of Jesus.

Firstly, let us remember what God's word says about strongholds and temptations. In 1 Corinthians 10:13 (WEB), it is written, "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it."

We must also acknowledge that gambling is a form of covetousness, which the Bible warns against. Hebrews 13:5 (WEB) reminds us, "Be content with what you have, for he has said, 'I will in no way leave you, neither will I in any way forsake you.'"

Let us pray together:

*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother Inilthuk. We thank You for the conviction in his heart to turn away from gambling. Lord, strengthen him in this resolve. When temptations come, remind him of Your promise to always provide a way out. Help him to find contentment and joy in You alone. Fill him with Your Holy Spirit, guiding him in all truth and righteousness. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.*

Inilthuk, as you embark on this journey, remember that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19). Honor God with your body and actions. Stand firm in your faith, and do not be entangled again with this yoke of bondage (Galatians 5:1).

If there are underlying issues driving this addiction, we encourage you to seek godly counsel. Share your struggles with trusted brothers in Christ who can support and encourage you. Remember, there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus (Romans 8:1). You are not alone in this fight. God is with you, and so are we.
