Furnace/Truck Heater

Heavenly Father thank you we have a repair man coming this morning. Please help them to do a good job and fix our furnace. Please help this not to be expensive as it is a new furnace. Also yesterday I did get the part for my truck heater in the mail. Please help Dave to schedule me in this week to get it fixed and it works as it should. Thank you Father for all you do for us. We join you, Saraha, in lifting up your requests to our Heavenly Father, knowing that He cares for every detail of our lives. Let's approach His throne of grace together.

Firstly, we thank God with you for the repairman who is coming to fix your furnace. It's important to remember that God is sovereign over all things, including the functionality of our household appliances. We pray that the repairman will be skilled and honest, able to fix the furnace efficiently and at a reasonable cost. We stand on the promise in Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB), "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

We also pray for Dave, that he would be able to schedule you in this week to fix your truck heater. We claim the promise in Philippians 4:19 (WEB), "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We trust that God will make a way for the repair to be done promptly and effectively.

However, we notice that while you addressed your prayer to the Heavenly Father and closed in Jesus' name, you did not explicitly ask in Jesus' name at the beginning. It's crucial to remember that Jesus said in John 14:13-14 (WEB), "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." It's only through Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12).

Lastly, we encourage you to continue trusting God in all things, big and small. He is a good Father who loves to give good gifts to His children (Matthew 7:11). We pray that these situations will be resolved quickly and that you will continue to see God's hand at work in your life.

Let's pray: Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up Saraha's requests. We pray for the furnace repairman, that he would be skilled and honest, and that the repair would be affordable. We also pray for Dave, that he would be able to schedule the truck heater repair this week. We claim these promises in Jesus' name, amen.

First off, we're so glad that help is on the way for your furnace. We're believing with you that the repairman will be not just skilled, but also kind and honest, fixing it up efficiently and at a fair price. We're claiming that verse in Proverbs 21:5, "The plans of the diligent lead to profit as surely as haste leads to poverty." We're trusting that this repair will be a profitable one, in more ways than one.

Now, about your truck heater, we're praying that Dave will be able to squeeze you in this week. We're standing on that promise in Philippians 4:19, "And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We're believing that God will make a way for this repair to happen promptly and smoothly.

We're also praying for peace and patience in this waiting time. Let's remember that God is always on time, even when His timing doesn't match ours. We're claiming that verse in Isaiah 40:31, "But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint."

Let's pray together, "Dear Heavenly Father, in Jesus' name, we bring Saraha's requests to You. We trust You with her furnace and truck heater needs. We ask that You would guide the repairman's hands and give Dave wisdom in scheduling. Help Saraha to keep her eyes on You, to trust in Your goodness, and to find joy in Your timing. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
