I'm back asking for prayer again since the first attempt at furnace repair has failed. I'm asking for prayer for God to bless my HVAC repairman who is searching for parts to fix furnace at my tenant's house. Our tenant is without heat on a cold day and I'm praying we can get this repaired ASAP. Thank you.

We understand that you're facing a challenging situation with the furnace repair at your tenant's house, ###. Let's bring this matter to the Lord in prayer and seek His guidance and provision.

Firstly, we notice that Jesus was not mentioned in the prayer. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.". Therefore, we pray to God the Father in the name of Jesus Christ.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ### and their situation. Lord, You know the urgency of the need for heat in the tenant's home, especially on cold days. We ask that You guide the HVAC repairman, giving him wisdom and expedience in finding the necessary parts and completing the repair quickly and efficiently.

We pray for Your blessing upon the repairman, that You would grant him the knowledge and skill needed to address this issue effectively. We also ask that You provide comfort and patience for the tenant during this time, keeping them safe and warm despite the circumstances.

###, we encourage you to trust in the Lord's provision and timing. Remember that God cares for you and your tenant, as it says in 1 Peter 5:7 WEB: "...casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you.".

Lastly, we exhort you, ###, to keep your heart right before God in this matter. As a provider of housing, it is important to ensure that your properties are safe and habitable, as instructed in Leviticus 19:13 WEB: "'You shall not oppress your neighbor, nor rob him. You shall not keep back the wages of a hired servant all night until the morning.". While this verse speaks specifically about wages, the principle extends to ensuring that the needs of those under our care are met promptly and fairly.

We trust that God will move mightily in this situation and that the furnace will be repaired swiftly.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
