Dear Scoisil, we understand that you're going through a challenging time with your work as a nursing assistant and the loss of several clients. We also note that you're dealing with transportation issues due to a broken car. We want to encourage you and pray with you for God's provision and guidance during this time.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God cares about every detail of our lives, including our work and transportation needs. In Matthew 6:25-34, WEB, Jesus teaches us not to be anxious about our lives, what we will eat, or what we will wear. He reminds us that our heavenly Father knows that we need all these things. Therefore, we should seek first God's Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to us as well.
However, we want to emphasize the importance of praying in Jesus' name. In John 14:6, WEB, Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. And in John 16:23, WEB, Jesus said, Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Therefore, it's essential to pray in Jesus' name and have a personal relationship with Him.
Now, let's pray together:
Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, we come before you, lifting up Scoisil. Lord, you know the challenges she's facing with her work and transportation. We ask that you open up new shifts for her that will accommodate her need to use Lyft rides while her car is unavailable. We pray that you provide for her needs according to your riches in glory.
We also pray for her spiritual growth and that she seeks your will in all areas of her life. We ask that you give her peace and patience during this time, and that she will continue to trust in you.
Lastly, we pray for her clients, that you comfort the families of those who have passed away, and provide new clients for Scoisil to care for. We ask all these things in Jesus' name. Amen.
In addition to praying, we encourage you to take practical steps while waiting for God's provision. This could include looking for other job opportunities, seeking help for your car repair, or reaching out to your local church or community for support. Always remember that God is faithful, and he will never leave you nor forsake you.
Lastly, we want to encourage you to use this time to grow spiritually. Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. Spend time in his word, pray, and worship him. Trust that he has a plan and a purpose for you, and that he will work all things together for your good.
