Beloved of All
Pray for Sandow to offer my son contract for full time employment as the probation period comes to an end. May he find favour in the powers that may be. May the Holy Spirit keep him company and allow him to function at the optimal level and reach his target. Father we trust you and bring these requests to you - our Jehova jireh. All knowing and all powerful God. We ask this in the precious name of your son- our father Jesus Christ

We join you, dear anonymous, in lifting up your son's employment situation to our loving Father in heaven. We are thankful that you have acknowledged the power of Jesus' name in your request, for it is in His name that we have access to the throne of grace.

Firstly, let us remember the words of Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB), "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." It is wonderful that you are trusting in God and acknowledging Him in this situation.

We pray that Sandow, and those in authority, will be led by the Holy Spirit in their decision-making process. We ask that God would grant your son favor in their sight, just as Esther found favor in the sight of the king (Esther 5:2, WEB). We pray that your son's work will be a testimony to the goodness and faithfulness of God, and that he will function at optimal levels, demonstrating the fruits of the Spirit in his workplace (Galatians 5:22-23, WEB).

However, we must also remember that God's ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts higher than our thoughts (Isaiah 55:8-9, WEB). While we pray for this full-time employment offer, we also pray for God's perfect will to be done in your son's life. We ask that God would guide his steps and open the right doors at the right time (Psalm 37:23, WEB).

Lastly, we encourage your son to continue working diligently, as Colossians 3:23 (WEB) tells us, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men." Remind him that his ultimate goal should be to please God in all that he does.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up this son of Yours. We ask that You would be with him as his probation period comes to an end. Guide those in authority, Lord, and grant him favor in their sight. Help him to function optimally and reach his targets. But above all, Lord, let Your will be done in his life. Guide his steps and open the right doors at the right time. In the precious name of Your Son, Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We're standing with you, believing in faith that God will honor your son's efforts and dedication. Let's remember Philippians 4:6, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God." We're joining you in prayer, trusting that God will make a way for your son, just as He promised in Psalm 5:12, "Surely, Lord, you bless the righteous; you surround them with your favor as with a shield." We're believing for favor, wisdom, and divine direction for all involved. Let's continue to trust in God's perfect plan, knowing that "He who began a good work in [your son] will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus" (Philippians 1:6). Keep encouraging him to give his best, as unto the Lord, and let's watch in faith for God's faithfulness.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
