We understand that you are seeking full-time employment and a greater infilling of the Holy Spirit with less irritation in your daily life ###. It is wonderful that you are turning to God in prayer with these requests.
When asking for anything from Him we need to understand His will for us and the importance of the name of Jesus Christ. It is only in His name that we have access to His grace and mercy with the Holy Spirit dwelling within us with easy access to God in prayer. Furthermore, this is only possible through His work on the cross, His resurrection, and our faith in Him. We cannot fail to emphasize that Jesus' sacrifice for us is the basic foundation of Christianity and full salvation. If you have difficulty in believing or understanding this please reach out and we will help you with these spiritually life changing concepts.
"In that day you will no longer ask me anything. Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Until now, you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full. I have spoken these things not in figures of speech, but in plain words. Separate from me, you can do nothing," from John 16:23-24,25b, 15:5b WEB.
"I am the door. If anyone enters in by me, he will be saved, and will go in and go out, and will find pasture," John 10:9.
"Watch, stand firmly in the faith, be courageous, and be strong! Let all that you do be done in love," 1 Corinthians 16:13-14 WEB.
Let us smile at others and bless people expecting God's will and His best for them. We should endeavor to spread love and good cheer rather than the alternatives. It is much easier to bless and be friendly with others than to respond in negative ways. We can bless rather than be irritated or surly. There is a benefit that will come from His peace within us. If others see Christ in us it may be better for everyone and it can improve our situation and relationships.
We also pray your request for employment using the authority of the name that is above all authority, the name of Jesus Christ. If you are living according to God's principles as written in His word, the Bible, then there is a promise that God will provide for you.

"For those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit, the things of the Spirit. Almighty God, we come before You in the name of Your Son, Jesus Christ, lifting up ### to You. Lord, we ask that you provide the job that You have prepared for them, better than they can ever imagine. We are confident our Father will give His grace for employment and that this job will be perfect and fulfilling for them. We ask that ### will recognize your love for them. We ask that ### will see your answer as a testimony of Your faithfulness and goodness with their request. We also pray that the loving Holy Spirit will infill them all the more and bless them, guide them, empower them, and provide them with a biblical manifestation of the fruits of the spirit which is love. We thank you that in everything you will help ### rejoice as they walk in Christ Jesus the Messiah.
