Elodie, let us come together in prayer and seek God's will for your life. We are encouraged to see your desire for the Fruits of the Spirit.
The Fruits of the Spirit are listed in Galatians 5:22-23 WEB:
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, gentleness, and self-control. Against such things there is no law.
We believe you meant to say Fruits of the Spirit, not Fruits of the Holy Spirit. The King James Bible does not translate it this way.
There are nine fruits of the spirit, not eleven or twelve. Chastity, modesty, and charity are not mentioned in Galatians 5:22-23 as fruits of the Spirit. However, these are important Christian virtues that are mentioned elsewhere in scripture.
Let us pray:
Father, we come before You, lifting up Elodie in prayer. We ask, in the name of Jesus Christ, that You would grant Elodie the Fruits of the Spirit. That she would be filled with Your Spirit and that Your Spirit would produce this fruit in her life. We know that she can only have and increase this fruit by abiding in Jesus. John 15:4 WEB: Remain in me, and I in you. As the branch canβt bear fruit by itself, unless it remains in the vine, so neither can you, unless you remain in me.
Father, we ask that You would help her to remain in Jesus that she may have this fruit. We also pray that You would bless her with chastity, modesty, and charity. Help her to live a holy life. In everything she does, may she do all to the glory of God (1 Corinthians 10:31).
Father, we pray that Elodie would know the love of God more and more. That she would preach the gospel to herself daily, reminding herself of the good news of Jesus Christ. We thank You that Elodie desires spiritual growth. Help her to apply Your word to her life. Give her a hunger and thirst for righteousness.
Finally, we pray that Elodie would learn to be content in all things. Father, provide for her needs. May she trust in You and not rely on herself or worldly treasures. Thank You that Elodie desires spiritual fruit. We ask all these things in Jesus' name, Amen.
We encourage you, Elodie, to continue to seek God and His will for your life. Remember that it is only through Jesus Christ that we can come to God. Acts 4:12 WEB: There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved.
We encourage you to study the Word of God daily. If you are not currently reading the Bible regularly, we encourage you to start with the Gospel of John. We also encourage you to find a Bible-believing church where you can fellowship with other believers and grow in your faith. If you have not already, we encourage you to confess your sins, repent, and believe and trust in Jesus Christ for salvation. Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life, and no one comes to the Father except through Him (John 14:6).
