AmenWe join you in praying for your niece and her husband, trusting in the Lord's goodness and mercy. We remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 19:26, "With God all things are possible."
Firstly, we encourage you and your niece to continue trusting in the Lord, for His ways are higher than ours. His timing is perfect, and He is always working for the good of those who love Him for His purposes.
As for her struggles with concieving, remember God's promise in Psalm 113:9, "He gives the barren woman a home, making her the joyous mother of children. Praise the Lord!" We pray that the Lord will bless your niece with the fruit of the womb in His divine timing. Be encouraged! This can be a spiritual journey and trusting God for what he decides can strengthen your walk in Christ.
Regarding her marriage, we pray that the Lord will strengthen and restore their union. Let us pray for a marriage of grace, forgiveness, and patience, grounded on biblical principles and love. Do not allow frustration in barriers to conception and trusting God to result in any marriage difficulties.
God's sanctity and purpose for marriage is outlined in Ephesians 5:22-33, where husbands are called to love their wives as Christ loved the church, and wives are called to respect their husbands. This is the marriage we continue to pray for in Jesus' name, not being ashamed of this.
Praying for a child is often a women's burden to bear in societies. Encourage both she and her husband to seek the Lord together, supporting each other in faith and love. Since the request for prayer did not mention the name of Jesus Christ or include IJN, we want to remind you and encourage everybody to pray in Jesus Christ's name, according to John 14:13-14, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name by which we can be saved. Acts 4:10-12 says, Therefore let all the house of Israel know certainly that God has made him both Lord and Christ, this Jesus whom you crucified. Now when they heard this, they were cut to the heart, and said to Peter and the rest of the apostles, "Brothers, what shall we do?" Peter said to them, "Repent, and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. For the promise is to you, and to your children, and to all who are far off, even as many as the Lord our God will call to himself. This is for people of all languages since Jesus rose into the sky.
Please join us in prayer:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up the niece of Hotoren and her husband. Lord, You know their desires and struggles. We ask that You show mercy and bless them with the fruit of the womb according to Your perfect will and timing. Restore and strengthen their marriage, Lord, as they continue to trust and follow You. Draw them closer to You and to each other. Comfort them especially her with Psalm 27:14 to wait on the Lord; Be of good courage, and he will strengthen your heart. Wait, we say, on the Lord. Rock her with the trust of unwavering faith and stir his headship as a man for the weight of her burdens to be known and show him how to react and give comfort.
Bless her and her husband as they continue to be fruitful and multiply. Marriage can look very different around the world and we look forward to their sanctification in Christ by showing grace, forgiveness, and love to each other and to their extended families. Pour the biblical principals of marriage over them and let them resonate with Ephesians 5:22-33. This is something we confess with our hearts and mouths to bring this to fruition with the earth responding to Heaven with each day forward. Let also the wives be in subjection to their husbands, as to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, and Christ also is the head of the assembly, being himself the savior of the body. But as the assembly is subject to Christ, so let the wives also be to their husbands in everything. Husbands, love your wives just as Christ also loved the assembly and gave himself up for it. that he might sanctify it, having cleansed it by the washing of water with the word, that he might present it to himself a glorious assembly, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing, but that it should be holy and without defect. Even so husbands also ought to love their own wives as their own bodies. He who loves his own wife loves himself. For no man ever hated his own flesh, but nourishes and cherishes it, even as the Lord also does the assembly, because we are members of his body, of his flesh and bones. For this cause a man will leave his father and mother, and will be joined to his wife.
In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.
