We join with you in praying for God's blessing of children in your life. We trust in the Lord's timing and plan for each individual, and we stand in faith believing that He has heard your prayer.
Let us remind ourselves of God's promise in Psalm 113:9 (WEB), "He gives the barren woman a home, making her the joyous mother of children. Praise Yah!" We serve a miraculous God who can make a way even when it seems impossible.
However, we must also use this opportunity to encourage you to draw closer to God and to ensure that your desire for children is in line with His will. We should always seek God's kingdom first, and His righteousness, as Matthew 6:33 (WEB) tells us, "But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."
As we pray for God's blessing, we also want to remind you of the importance of being in a godly marriage, as children are a heritage from the Lord, and "the fruit of the womb is his reward" (Psalm 127:3, WEB). We encourage you to be in a biblical and godly marriage if you are not already, as this is the foundation that God has set for raising godly children.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up this beloved one who desires the blessing of children. We ask, Lord, that You would grant this request according to Your will and in Your perfect timing. We pray that this individual would be firmly rooted in a godly marriage, so that any children born into this union would be raised in a home that honors and serves You.
Help them to trust in You and Your timing, knowing that You hear their prayers and that You are faithful. Encourage them and give them patience and strength to wait on the fulfillment of Your promises.
We ask this in the precious name of Jesus Christ, who makes a way for us to come boldly before Your throne of grace. Amen.
Lastly, we want to encourage you to continue to seek God's will and to trust in His timing. He is faithful, and He will grant the desires of your heart as you delight in Him (Psalm 37:4, WEB). Be encouraged, and know that we are standing in faith with you for God's blessing of children in your life.
