We are truly sorry to hear about the struggles you and your husband have been facing. We trust in the Lord's goodness and His perfect plan for your life.
Firstly, we want to remind you that children are a heritage from the Lord, and the fruit of the womb is His reward. As it is written in Psalm 127:3 WEB, "Behold, children are a heritage of Yahweh. The fruit of the womb is His reward." We serve a God of miracles, and nothing is impossible for Him. As we read in Luke 1:37 WEB, "For nothing is impossible with God."
However, we must also find comfort and purpose in whatever situation the Lord places us in. There are many examples in the Bible of women who were barren, and yet the Lord used them mightily for His glory. Think of Sarah, Hannah, and Elizabeth. They all had a significant role in God's plan despite their circumstances.
We also want to address the fact that your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" Therefore, we pray to God in the name of Jesus.
Let us pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister and her husband. Lord, You know their hearts' desire for a child, and You see their struggle. We ask for Your miraculous intervention in their situation. Just as You opened the wombs of Sarah, Hannah, and Elizabeth, we ask that You do the same for our sister if it is Your will.
But above all, Lord, help them to find their purpose and peace in You, regardless of the outcome. Give them the strength and grace to accept Your will and to trust in Your goodness. Provide for them in all areas, including financially, so that they may not lack any good thing.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged by the words of Isaiah 40:31 WEB, "But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint." Trust in the Lord, and He will renew your strength.
