We are truly sorry to hear about the struggles you've been facing, Amy886, but we are thankful that you've reached out to us with your request. Firstly, we want to acknowledge your gratitude for life, family, and friends, and most importantly, God's love. It's encouraging to see that even in your trials, you hold firm to the truth that God has not given up on you.
In the midst of your pain and disappointment, remember that God is always with you. Even when it hurts so much because of your current situation in trying to conceive. In Psalm 34:18 WEB it says, God is near to the brokenhearted, and saves those who are crushed in spirit. Even when it hurts, we can call out for His help. So don't give up hope, Amy886. God hears your cries and sees your tears. This may come as a uncomfortable issue, but sometimes God withholds blessings because there may be something contrary to His will in our lives. Please examine your life with the leading of the Holy Spirit, repent, and confess any sins to God, so that He may heal your heart and your land. That would be a good start with dealing with this situation.
Remember how precious children are to God. In Psalm 127:3 WEB it says, Behold, children are a heritage of Yahweh. The fruit of the womb is His reward. Just as children are a blessing from God, so is the ability to conceive and we trust that God, in His divine wisdom and timing, will bless you with a child.
We also want to remind you that it is alright to cry, and tell God that you are upset. There are many examples in the Bible of people doing just that. Likewise, when we are hurting, we should also turn to God for hope and a reprieve from our suffering. There are also many examples of people asking for relief from suffering in the Bible.

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you today lifting up Amy886. We've been sad to learn how she has been so sad, depressed, and unhappy during this very trying year. We have to learn that she has been traumatized and has felt lonely, and felt like giving up. We earnestly pray together for her that we should not rely on how we feel, but rely on what the Word of God says. Lord we pray for the Holy Spirit to minister to her heart and heal her land. We praise you for being a God that loves and cares for your children. We ask that you see and hear Amy886's cries and plead with you to remember her. Lord we pray that you are using this time to draw Amy886 closer to you, allowing her to see her need for Jesus. We repent on Amy886's behalf and claim to be forgiven for any sins committed. We look forward to the day when we all stand before you and worship at your feet. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
