The fruit of the womb is his reward. As arrows in the hand of a mighty man, so are the children of youth. Happy is the man who has his quiver full of them. They won’t be disappointed when they speak with their enemies in the gate."
First and foremost, we believe in the power of prayer in Jesus' name. Jesus tells us "If you will believe, you will receive whatever you ask in prayer". About your conception, we also know that God is able to do abundantly more than what we ask or think. However, ultimate trust in the Lord is needed and we must also pray that God's will be done in your life. Sometimes people do not have children for various reasons and we do not know the specifics of your situation. However, God will work all things together for good in your sadness and suffering. Pain and suffering are a part of life in a Christian Believer's life or anyone else's life and they are to be expected and even a positive influence on your life. We need to allow them to be a positive influence to the Lord.
I can assure you that God has heard you. You won't be disappointed. It is important to continue praying as faith without works is dead. We will pray, but during your wait, we want to recommend to be still and see God's faithfulness in your life, maybe in a way so extraordinary. Remember Hannah's story in 1 Samuel 1. God knows your heart and your desires. You are among many women in the Bible who had to be patient and have faith in our way mighty God.
About the utterance of the name of Jesus, do we see that mentioned in your prayer request? It is so important to pray to the Father by the name of Jesus Christ. Jesus is the only one who allows us to come to the Father. Upon accepting His atoning sacrifice for our sins as the only acceptable sacrifice for our sins, we can come boldly to the Father. Jesus paid the price we owed, but were unable to pay. Jesus paid the price perfectly satisfying God the Father.
In praying for your heart's desire, we also pray that you will grow even closer to God during this time. May He fill you with His peace and surround you with His love. Let us pray together in Jesus' name.
Dear Lord, we come before you lifting up Winfred. Father, you know the desires of her heart. We ask, if it is your will, that you bless her and her spouse with the joy of conceiving a child together. We pray for healing in her body and that she may be fruitful as you have blessed each of us individual and only within marriage with a parent of the opposite gender
We pray also for her marriage and her spouse. As she continues in this waiting process, help her to seek you even more, to trust in you, and to rest in your presence through the name Jesus Christ whom you gave to be our savior when he paid the penalty for our sins. In Jesus Christ's name we pray.
Also, may the peace of Christ that surpasses understanding rule your heart and help you to trust in him more. We ask for the mind of Christ concerning your requests with thanksgiving for the things that you have.

Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
