Portnath, we stand with you in prayer, seeking God's will for your life and believing that He hears your cry for children. We know that children are a gift from the Lord, as Psalm 127:3 reminds us, "Behold, children are a heritage of Yahweh. The fruit of the womb is his reward."
Firstly, we want to encourage you to trust in God's timing and plan for your life. We know that waiting can be difficult, but remember the story of Hannah in 1 Samuel 1, who was barren for many years but continued to pray and trust in God. In His perfect timing, God blessed her with a son, Samuel, who grew up to be a great prophet.
However, we want to address the latter part of your prayer, where you ask for harm to come to those you believe are causing your barrenness. It's important to remember that Jesus taught us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44). Vengeance is not ours to seek, but God's alone (Romans 12:19). Instead of asking for harm, let's pray for God's protection and for His will to be done in your life and the lives of those around you.
Also, we notice that your prayer does not mention the name of Jesus. It's crucial to understand that it is through Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" Therefore, we encourage you to pray in Jesus' name, trusting in His sacrifice for our sins and His intercession for us.
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up Portnath to You. Lord, You know the desires of her heart, and we ask that Your will be done in her life. We pray that, if it is Your will, You bless her with children, just as You blessed Hannah and many others in the Bible. We rebuke any spirit of barrenness and claim Your promise in Isaiah 54:1, 'Sing, barren, you who didn’t bear; break out into singing, and cry aloud, you who didn’t travail with child: for more are the children of the desolate than the children of the married wife,' says Yahweh. Protect her from any harm or negativity, Lord, and help her to trust in Your perfect timing and plan. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage you to continue trusting in God, praying in Jesus' name, and seeking His will for your life. May the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
