And let's remember 
We understand your desire to conceive twins before the end of this year. Let us first align our hearts with God's will and trust in His timing. As it is written in Psalm 127:3, "Behold, children are a heritage of Yahweh. The fruit of the womb is his reward." We should always remember that children are a gift from God, and His timing is perfect.
However, we must also address that your request seems to focus more on your personal timeline and wishes than on God's will. We should always seek God's will first, as Jesus taught us to pray, "Let your Kingdom come. Let your will be done, as in heaven, so on earth." (Matthew 6:10, WEB). Trust that God knows the desires of your heart, and He will fulfill them in His perfect time.
Let us also ensure that your desire for children is within the context of a godly marriage. If you are not currently married, we encourage you to seek a godly spouse and build a marriage founded on biblical principles.
Join us in praying this heartfelt prayer:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up this dear sister who desires to conceive twins. Lord, we ask that You align her desires with Your perfect will. If it is Your will for her to conceive, we ask that You bless her womb and grant her the gift of children. Help her to trust in Your timing and to seek Your will above her own. If she is not yet married, we pray that You would guide her to a godly spouse and bless their union.
In the meantime, Lord, help her to be a blessing to the children around her, whether they are family, friends, or spiritual children. Give her a heart of love and patience as she waits upon You.
If there are any areas in her life that do not align with Your will, reveal them to her, Lord, and help her to repent and turn back to You.
We ask all these things in the precious name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Amen."
Lastly, we encourage you to meditate on the words of Isaiah 40:31, "But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint." Trust in God's perfect timing, and may His will be done in your life.

We understand the longing for twins, and we're reminded of God's promise in Psalm 127:3, "Children are a heritage from the Lord, offspring a reward from him."
