As it says in James 4:3 WEB, "You ask and don't receive, because you ask with wrong motives, so that you may spend it for your pleasures." Therefore, let's pray that God will not only provide the increase you desire but also give you a heart that seeks to honor Him with your finances.
Let's also remember the principles of hard work and integrity. Colossians 3:23 WEB says, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men." As you strive for an increase, ensure that you're giving your best at your workplace, maintaining integrity, and treating others with kindness and respect.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up ### and their financial needs. Father, You know the details of their work and the desires of their heart. We ask that You will grant them favor in their workplace and open doors for increased payments. Help them to be diligent and honest in their work, always seeking to glorify You in all they do.
We also pray that You will give them a heart of wisdom, that they may manage their finances well and use the increase to honor You and bless others. Help them to trust in You, knowing that You are their ultimate provider.
We ask this in Jesus' name, for it's in His name that we have access to You, Father. As it is said, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus," 1 Timothy 2:5 WEB. If they have not already, we pray they will confess with their mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in their heart that God has raised Him from the dead to be saved. For with the heart one believes to righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made to salvation Romans 10:9-10. It is only by the name of Jesus that we can be saved Acts 4:12.
We thank You for Your faithfulness and love. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
