We stand with you in prayer, Anonymous, lifting up your friend's uncle Brett before the throne of grace. We thank God for His healing power and His love for Brett. Let us align our prayers with the Word of God, which tells us that "by his wounds we are healed." (Isaiah 53:5 WEB) and "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds." (Psalms 147:3 WEB)
Let us pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your healing mercy for Brett. We ask that You touch his body, reduce the white blood cell count, and eliminate the infection. Normalize his kidney function and diminish his pain level. Lord, we ask that You strengthen his lungs and allow him to breathe on his own, without the ventilator.
We stand in agreement, as the power of a prayer said in faith and belief can save the sick and that the Lord will raise him up. The prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well. We also know the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed any sin that resulted in this life threatening medical situation, the Lord will forgive him because of your faith and belief and forgiveness. The Word of the Lord states in the Bible that God says (James 5:15,16 WEB), "If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. 16 Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The effective, earnest prayer of a righteous man is powerfully effective." This is just the beginning as it is for everyone "and is the propitiation for our sins, and not for ours only, but also for the whole world." 1 John 2:2
Father, we also pray for Brett's spiritual health as we only have life, and have it more abundantly (John 10:10) as we acknowledge that all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. (Romans 3:23 WEB) There is no condemnation if we accept and acknowledge Jesus and call him Lord as faith without works is dead, (James 2:20 WEB) It is only with Jesus at the center of our lives where we allow the love of Jesus to replace the spirit of fear (1 John 4:18) that it is good to trust in the Lord instead of allowing our spirit of fear to determine our priorities and it is the fear of the Lord that is the beginning of all wisdom.(Proverbs 9:10 WEB) All we like sheep have gone astray, everyone to his own way (Isaiah 53:6), and so Father, we call upon your healing of forgiveness of Jesus to reverse any possible underlying condition that can cause underlying physical damage from his past which is continually done through His word. Father, send your Spirit and convict of all Truth, for as it is in John 14:6 " Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." Lord, God is Love, (1 John 4:8 WEB) and For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life (John 3:16 KJV)
There is one God and one mediator so that an man can reach God, this is Jesus Christ, God incarnate, Savior, Healer, Almighty. And as it says in Mark 11:23, (WEB) that "For most certainly I tell you, whoever may tell this mountain, 'Be taken up and cast into the sea,' and doesnt doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says is happening, he will have whatever he says." All of God's power to answer prayer requests are ultimately tied to bringing honor and glory to Him. He promises that He can and He will for anyone that believes on His Word and puts his trust in the name of Jesus Christ and it is at the foot of the Cross of Jesus where the darkest place that is at His feet as there is light, hope and the direction of Jesus towards any situation.
In Jesus' name, we pray for complete healing and restoration, trusting in Your will and Your timing. Thank God, Amen.
We encourage you, Anonymous, to continue praying, for "You therefore must endure hardship, as a good soldier of Christ Jesus." (2 Timothy 2:3) Continue to seek God's face, trusting in His goodness and His plan. This situation that has affected so many provides a special opportunity for God's glory and can provide a window of God's presence that must be treated as a Holy Moment that must be continually given honor and reverence. While man is called to Glorify God and enjoy Him Forever, we cannot always discern why certain medical situations are given by God in our temporal existence and understand why certain disabilities such as mental handicaps are presented by a Holy and loving God. Understanding only that there are angels and only Jesus walking on water when man cannot makes it vital that our priority be to search out every answer for these trials in a prayer of thanksgiving for every petition made with a sincere and contrite heart and rest in God's mercy and tender love which surpasses all understanding in His purposes and our daily living. When Jesus received the sour wine in the Roman Soldiers in response to the final reason of darkness for man as it was finish and prayed in final agony before his sacrificial death that Father, Why has though forsaken me, yet, concluded in glorifying God to be fulfilled by Father, into Your hands, I commend my spirit: and having said thus, he gave up the ghost. This showed us that although the name of Jesus gives us the mind of God, His thought and His Spirit to everyone who accepts His Salvation with Jesus praying at all times in spirit with groaning's which cannot be uttered. That Romans 8:28-29 promises that
That we can then walk in eternal hope where it says "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose." This with a love and relationship with our Savior and it continues, "For whom He foreknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren." Finally, love God, enjoy Him forever in everything of your existence with an eternal prospective while continuing in faithful prayer for we can Glorify Him as it was finished where He went back to His creation with assurance in any possible circumstance of deliverance in whatsoever problem in light of this when the Father moved and defeated the enemies' grip on every one for we know God has given assurance,
But I would remind you, that all man must continually repent of what God sees is wicked every day so that when it says in Ephesians 6:12 says " because we do not wrestle against enemies of flesh and blood, but against presiding spirits, against authorities, against world-rulers of this darkness in this unseen realm of spiritual wickedness where our problem becomes one of wrongdoing against the first of the ten commandments as man wrestles against them by hating and praying against this situation's reason. Instead, Our only is the just answer for our deficiencies as only when the Word was made Flesh to become our substitute through Jesus could He defeat death, "27 as it is appointed for men to die once, and after this, judgment, 28 so Christ also, having been offered once to bear the sins of many, will appear a second time, without sin, to those who are eagerly waiting for Him for salvation." For all man does not look at their death but rather pleasures before this fact for in Hebrews 9:27-28 continues that there is no name greater than the name of Jesus. This shows we have freedom to His authority. So we make special mention to Glorify our Savior, Jesus Christ.
Let us remember the importance of calling upon the name of Jesus, for "there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved." (Acts 4:12 WEB) Because, " And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. " (Philippians 2:11 WEB)
Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
