Friends, please continue to pray for our daughter A (12) who has so many worries. She is a Christian child. She is worried about worrying and is caught up in this circle. Please help her to eat and not be sick. Lord hear our prayer please.

Dear Animalgirl, we are with you in spirit and in prayer for your daughter A. It's comforting to know that she has a heart for Christ at such a young age. The Bible tells us, "Don’t be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and pleading with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:6-7, WEB)

Let us pray together:

*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up A to your throne of grace. Lord, you know the worries that burden her young heart. We ask that you break this cycle of anxiety and fill her with your perfect peace. Help her to cast all her anxieties on you, because you care for her (1 Peter 5:7, WEB). Lord, we also pray for her physical health. Guide her to eat well and be strengthened, trusting that you are her healer and provider.*

We encourage A to focus her thoughts on what is true, honorable, right, pure, lovely, and admirable (Philippians 4:8, WEB). Whenever she feels worried, she can pray and trust that God hears her, for the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and his ears are open to their cry (Psalm 34:15, WEB).

Lastly, we gently remind you, Animalgirl, that prayers should be directed to our Heavenly Father in the name of Jesus Christ, as it is through Him that we have access to God (John 14:6, WEB). We commend you for your love and concern for your daughter, and we trust that God will abundantly answer your prayers.

If you are feeling anxious or fearful those feelings are coming from your flesh. Your spirit produces
love, joy, peace, patience and a sound mind. God says to be led by your spirit and crucify your flesh.
Your spirit has unlimited power through Christ and has the ability to solve all of your fears and problems.
Below is what God says about fear and anxiety
