Friends and growth

As I grow in the christian metal scene Lord, may everything I do be to bring you glory. May you always be the main focus. May I be able to make lots of christian friends there too. Lord, I just want to bring you glory for only you are deserving of all glory and all honor. May I be able to make friends in these scene and outside of it. Lord, please guide my steps. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.

We rejoice with you as you seek to glorify God in the Christian metal scene. It's wonderful to see your desire to keep God as the main focus and to make Christian friends. We stand with you in prayer and offer some biblical encouragement and guidance.

Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging that only God is deserving of all glory and honor. As it is written in 1 Timothy 1:17 WEB, "Now to the King eternal, immortal, invisible, to God who alone is wise, be honor and glory forever and ever. Amen."

As you seek to make Christian friends, remember the words of Proverbs 27:17 WEB, "As iron sharpens iron, so a man sharpens the countenance of his friend." True friends should challenge and encourage you in your walk with Christ.

We must also caution you about the environment you are entering. While you can be a light in the darkness, remember that not all who claim to be Christians truly follow His ways. Be discerning and test the spirits, as 1 John 4:1 WEB says, "Beloved, don't believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world."

As you grow in this scene, be mindful of the music you listen to and perform. Ephesians 4:29 WEB reminds us, "Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but such as is good for building up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear." Ensure that the music you're involved with uplifts and edifies, rather than tears down or promotes ungodly themes.

Lastly, we praise God that you have prayed in Jesus' name, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we lift up our brother/sister as they grow in the Christian metal scene. May everything they do bring You glory, Lord. Guide their steps and grant them discernment as they navigate this environment. Bring true Christian friends into their life who will challenge and encourage them in their walk with You. May their light shine brightly, drawing others to You. Keep them from temptation and protect their heart and mind. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We're right there with you, seeking to honor God in all we do, especially in the unique setting of the Christian metal scene. It's heartening to see your desire to keep God at the center and to cultivate Christian friendships. Let's remember Philippians 2:3-4, "Do nothing out of rivalry or conceit, but in humility, consider others as more important than yourselves. Everyone should look out not only for his own interests, but also for the interests of others." As you grow, let's strive to be a blessing to those around us, just as Jesus was to us.

Let's also recall 1 Peter 3:15-16, "But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts, and always be ready to give an answer to everyone who asks you a reason for the hope that is in you, doing so with gentleness and respect. Having a good conscience, so that when you are slandered, those who revile your good behavior in Christ may be put to shame." Let's live in a way that reflects our hope in Christ, and be ready to share it when asked.

As we pray together, let's ask God to give you wisdom and courage to stand firm in your faith, to be a beacon of hope in the scene, and to make a positive impact on those around you. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You. Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
