Let us begin by giving thanks to our heavenly Father for reuniting you with your friend, and for placing her in your life once again. It is clear that God has a purpose for both of you in this season.
We must always remember that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we can come to God. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." Therefore, it is crucial that your friend comes to know Jesus Christ as her personal Lord and Savior.
When sharing with her, remember that it is not by our own wisdom or understanding that we can bring someone to Christ, but by the power of the Holy Spirit. As it is written in 1 Corinthians 2:4-5 WEB, "My speech and my preaching were not in persuasive words of wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power, that your faith wouldn't stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God."
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You today, lifting up our beloved friend to You. Lord, You know the pain and rejection she has experienced throughout her life. We ask that You would heal her wounds, restore her soul, and draw her unto Yourself.
Grant our friend the gift of faith, that she may believe in Jesus Christ and be saved. Give her the courage to surrender her life fully to Christ, and to trust in His love and goodness.
Lord, we also ask that You would grant our friend wisdom and patience. Guide us by Your Holy Spirit, that we may share Your truth in love, and that our words would be a blessing and encouragement to her.
Help us to be a true friend, to listen, to care, and to show her the love of Christ in all that we do. May our life be a testament to Your grace and mercy, that she may see You in us, and be drawn to You.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged by the words of Paul in 1 Corinthians 3:6-7 WEB, "I planted. Apollos watered. But God gave the increase. So then neither he who plants is anything, nor he who waters, but God who gives the increase."
Continue to be a faithful friend, to pray for her, and to trust in God's perfect timing. Remember that it is God who saves, and that our part is to be obedient to His leading, and to share His love with others.
If your friend has not mentioned Jesus Christ, Jesus, or Christ, make sure to discuss with her that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Share with her the basic salvation message of believing in Jesus Christ, and encourage her to confess with her mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in her heart that God raised Him from the dead, for with the heart one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation as in Romans 10:9-10.
