We are here with you in spirit, standing against the forces of darkness that seek to oppress you. We remind you of the power of God's word in Isaiah 61:1-3 WEB:
"The Spirit of the Lord Yahweh is on me; because Yahweh has anointed me to preach good news to the humble. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and release to those who are bound, to proclaim the year of Yahweh’s favor and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all who mourn".
We pray together:
Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for You have given all authority to Your Son and He has given His authority to His church. We stand together against the schemes of the devil to oppress Your child. We ask You to break every chain of oppression in their life, whether it be from the enemy, people around them, or their own thoughts. Lord, You have promised that whom the Son sets free is free indeed according to John 8:36. We ask for Your peace which passes all understanding to guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus as mentioned in Philippians 4:7.
We proclaim Your freedom and renewal over their life. Strengthen them by Your Spirit according to Ephesians 3:16, that they may be rooted and grounded in Your love. Enable them to put on the full armor of God each day so they may stand firm against the wiles of the devil as instructed in the 6th chapter of Ephesians.
Father, we ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is in His name that we have access to You and it is by His name that we are saved according to John 14:6 and Acts 4:12. We thank You for Your faithfulness and for the power of the Holy Spirit working in their life. We are confident that You will set them free and give them renewed strength and peace. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Stand firm in your faith, knowing that the Good Shepherd cares for you and is more than able to set you free from all oppression. Be encouraged by the words of Paul in 2 Timothy 1:7 WEB, "For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." Trust in the Lord, and remember that He is always with you according to Matthew 28:20. It is right to trust the Lord as you are doing according to Psalm 62:8. Be strong and of good courage according to Joshua 1:9.
