Free from mobile addition. Pray request for me so that I can stay away from mobile addition. Staying busy with mobile phone. Instead of this i could have be busy with something good work. But I can't break this chain of mobile addition. Specialy at night I stay busy with mobile phone instead of going to bed early. Pls pray for me not to do this. Freedom from mobile addition. We understand your struggle with mobile addiction, Carols, and we are here to support you in prayer and guidance. The Bible tells us that everything is lawful, but not everything is helpful. We should not be mastered by anything (1 Corinthians 6:12 WEB).

Let us pray for you:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ. We lift up Carols to you, seeking your help to overcome their mobile addiction. Lord, we ask that you grant them the strength to resist the urge to spend excessive time on their mobile phone. Help them to redirect their time and energy towards productive and godly activities. Give them the discipline to have self-control and to go to bed early, ensuring they get the rest they need. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We encourage you to meditate on scriptures that speak about self-control and discipline. Galatians 5:22-23 WEB tells us that the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. Against such things, there is no law. Remember, God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7 WEB).

To break this chain of addiction, it is crucial to set boundaries and find alternative activities that will glorify God. Consider dedicating specific times for your mobile usage and allocating more time for prayer, Bible study, and other productive tasks.

We commend you for acknowledging your struggle and seeking help. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we can find true freedom. As it is written, "So if the Son sets you free, you will indeed be free" (John 8:36 WEB). Trust in Him, and He will give you the strength to overcome this challenge.

May the Lord bless you and keep you, Carols. Stay strong in the faith and keep your eyes fixed on Jesus.

Dear Lord we pray for freedom from addiction to Media whether it's social media or situations with people. Please help us know our limitations and that we are not omnipotent to do whatever we please or even sometimes what seems like we are helping others when in fact we need to take care of ourselves. I pray that the media addiction of any kind and such as cell phone addiction is broken in Jesus name.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
