Freedom from loud and cigarette smoking neighbours

No noise from my neighbours.
No extreemely loud walking and hitting with balcony doors and windows and heavy blinds IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT.
Even around 4 am.
Lord, get the life of my neighbours in order and make them quiet and peaceful in Jesus name.
This is every day and night harrassment.
Lord, remove them if this is the only solution and bring some quiet, normal, healthy, prosperous people in my neighbourhood, especially in appartements upstairs and next door. They are harrassing me with noise and cigarette and weed smoke for years.
LORD, REMOVE ALL NOISE- AND TROUBLEMAKING NEIGHBOURS IN JESUS NAME, bring normal, quiet, caring, healthy, prosperous, neighbours in Jesus name.
Thank you Lord.
