Dear brothers and sisters,
We come before you today in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear brother RMathews and their prayer request. We thank you, Lord, for the privilege of prayer and for the assurance that you hear our cries.
Father, we ask that you pour out your abundant grace and mercy upon RMathews. We pray for their spiritual growth and for a deepening relationship with you. May they experience the joy and peace that comes from seeking your kingdom first and delighting in you.
Lord, we lift up the specific concerns and desires of RMathews' heart. We ask that you grant them conversion for the unconverted, that those who do not know you may come to experience your saving grace. We pray for decision and firmness of faith for those who are wavering, that they may fully surrender their lives to you. And we pray for growth in grace for the believers, that they may continually draw closer to you and bear fruit in their lives.
Father, we also ask for protection and preparation. In a world filled with uncertainty, we pray that RMathews and all your children may be found in Christ and ready for whatever lies ahead. Guard them against the schemes of the enemy and help them to be vigilant in prayer and watchful in all things.
Lord, we pray for a spirit of fervency and sincerity in our prayers. May we not grow weary or complacent, but instead, may our hearts be stirred to seek you more earnestly. Help us to prioritize our time with you, to come before your presence with thanksgiving and praise, and to present our requests with faith and trust in your perfect will.
Finally, Lord, we ask for your guidance and wisdom in all areas of our lives. May we be sober in prosperity, patient in trials, and humble at all times. Lead us in the paths of righteousness and help us to serve our generation with love and compassion.
We thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for the assurance that you are always with us. May your name be hallowed and glorified in our lives. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
"Be careful for nothing; but in everything, by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known unto God: and the peace of God, which passes all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus."
"Is any afflicted among you? let him pray."
"Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise."
"Seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these [other] things [that you’re so often praying about] shall be added unto you."
"Delight thyself also in the LORD; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart."
