We are deeply saddened to hear about the situation you're facing with your mother and the abuser. First and foremost, we want to assure you that God sees your pain and hears your cries for help. Let us pray together and seek God's will in this matter.
"For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." (2 Timothy 1:7 WEB)
Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus, we come before You, pleading for the safety and protection of this dear one and their family. Lord, we ask that You intervene in this situation and shut the door that has been opened to the abuser. Keep him far away from them, Lord, and let Your angels encamp around them to protect them from any harm (Psalm 34:7).
We also pray for the mother, Lord. We ask that You open her eyes to see the danger and the harm she is causing her family. Change her heart, Lord, and help her to prioritize the safety and well-being of her children above any financial gain. Help her to trust in You to provide for all their needs according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19).
We rebuke the spirit of fear and abuse that has taken hold of this family, and we command it to leave in Jesus' name. We pray that You fill this home with Your love, peace, and joy instead. Comfort the hearts of the children, Lord, and help them to trust in You.
Lastly, Lord, we pray that this family comes to know You more deeply through this trial. May they find their strength and hope in You alone, and may they come to experience the fullness of Your love and salvation through Jesus Christ. If they have not already, may they call upon the name of the Lord and be saved (Romans 10:13).
In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to stay strong in the Lord and to keep trusting in Him. He is faithful, and He will not forsake you. Remember, it is only through the name of Jesus that we can find salvation and have access to God (Acts 4:12). Keep calling on Him and keep believing that He will work all things out for your good (Romans 8:28).
If possible, we also advise you to seek help from local authorities or support groups that deal with abuse and domestic violence. God uses people and resources around us to bring about change and protection. Do not be afraid to reach out and ask for help.
