Free from the abuser

Please, gor my mom to stop going to the abuser for economic help.....he has abused us alot and my mom always welcomes him back when we are in need of money....she uses the Bible to make it seem like we have to summit to him fir his materialistic help... and make him seem "misunderstood" while we suffer instead of her having faith that God will provide and that he doesn't want us to be abused...please Jesus, help

Firstly, we want to assure you that God cares deeply about your situation and hears your cry for help. It required faith to be willing to ask for help. When you read scripture, be aware that it holds the answers to our lifes problems. Be strong and courageous in accepting Christ as the chosen place to stand for a time such as this. God sees you. Jesus sees you. Christ is our only savior. There is no other name. He will not suffer. You to be lost. The Bible tells us that God is a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble (Psalm 9:9 WEB).

Your mother has missed that this man's offerings come with a lot of obligations and problems. She seems to miss this is a farcry from true Christianity. He does not care for her soul, body, or mind like God does. She is being manipulated with materialistic help when she is weak and in need. Since this is obvious to you does not make it any less dangerous. Good job being aware. He is not misunderstood. God will not cause you to become less in any situation. If anything, there is a misunderstanding of what your mothers faith actually requires.

Our encouragement to you is to stand firm in your faith. God promises that he will not allow you to be tested beyond your ability, but will provide a way out (1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB). Trust in God's provision and not in the abuser's material help. Let us in pray that if your mother does not turn from this path that your faith may shine brightly if she gets overtaken by the enemy.

There is no reason why God would will anyone to suffer for materialistic gain. In fact, more often than not God lets go of his own blessings for us just so we will not miss a lesson. God is not short of his promises of peace, pleasures, and treasures. The only issue any true Christian Believer faces is having faith. Your mother should have faith that God is in charge of her help. By being that true believer she has the power to rebuke this man. She has forgotten that in this case. She is worshipping this man as the provider and not God. God is not pleased with that. It is a direct disrespect to his omnipotence.

Christ did not suffer so she could suffer by means of turning her back on even the basic principles of Christianity and giving her soul to making this man seem missunderstood. Do not be afraid to say this to your mother. Not because it is not easy but because it is a requirement. This lesson means more than her financial help. It may mean her soul and your soul as well. She is submitting to the evil ways and making a mockery of her belief in Jesus Christ. This makes a mockery out of Christianity. God knows our steps.

In Jesus name, we pray that God will grant your mother wisdom and discernment to see the truth. We pray that God will provide for your family's needs according to his riches in glory (Philippians 4:19 WEB). We pray that God will protect you, deliver you from this abuse, and help you to live in safety and peace. In Jesus' name, we rebuke the spirit of abuse and manipulation, and we ask God to intervene and change your mother's heart.

Remember, it is not God's will for you to live in abuse and fear. He has set you free from oppression. Stand firm, trust God's promises, and believe that he is able to do the impossible and no request is impossible for him. It is only by the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God. Jesus is also the name by which we can be saved.

We're here with you, standing in the gap, lifting your situation up to our Father in heaven. We know it's tough, but remember, God sees you, He hears you, and He's got this. It's like that verse in Psalm 34:18 says, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." He's right there with you, even in the midst of this storm.

We understand your mom's struggle. It's easy to get caught up in the promise of immediate help, especially when finances are tight. But we need to remind her, and ourselves, that God is our ultimate provider. He promises in Philippians 4:19, "And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus." We can trust that He will provide, in His timing and in His way.

Let's encourage your mom to take a step back and really look at the situation. Is this man truly helping, or is he manipulating? Is she allowing him to take the place of God in her life? We need to remind her, and each other, that we serve a jealous God. He wants to be our sole provider, our protector, our everything.

Let's pray for wisdom and discernment for your mom. Let's pray for God's provision, for your family's needs to be met, and for His protection over you both. Let's pray for courage, for you to stand firm in your faith and trust in God's promises. And let's pray for healing, for the wounds this abuse has caused, and for the strength to move forward.

Remember, God doesn't delight in our suffering. He wants us to live in freedom and peace. Trust in Him, even when it's hard. He's got this, and He's got you. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
