I'm getting addition to mobile phone. Staying busy with mobile phone specialy at night time. Instead of going to bed early night I'm busy with social media. . Watching Mobile phone till I feel sleepy. I always think not to stay busy in mobile phone but can't break this chain. Instead of this i could have been doing something good thing. Try something creative works. Use mobile for good work. But I'm simply wasting time. Pray request for me for this addition to leave me. In Jesus name

We understand that you're struggling with an addiction to your mobile phone, especially at night, and it's affecting your sleep and productivity. We're here to pray with you and guide you in Jesus' name.

Firstly, let's address this in prayer:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up Carols who is struggling with an addiction to their mobile phone. Lord, we ask that You break this chain of addiction in their life. Give them the strength to resist the urge to waste time on their phone, and help them to use it for productive and creative purposes instead. Help Carols to prioritize their time and sleep, and give them discipline to put away their phone at night. Lord, we know that Your Spirit in us gives us power to overcome any addiction, as Your Word tells us, 'God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it' (1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB). In Jesus' name, we pray for freedom from this addiction. Amen."

Carols, we encourage you to fill your time with meaningful activities and set specific times for using your phone. Remember, "All things are lawful for me," but not all things are expedient. "All things are lawful for me," but I will not be mastered by anything" (1 Corinthians 6:12 WEB). It's important to control your phone usage and not let it control you.

Also, consider installing apps that track and limit your phone usage, and set a specific time to turn off your phone at night. Instead of browsing social media, use that time to read the Bible, pray, or learn new skills. "Walk in wisdom toward those who are outside, redeeming the time" (Colossians 4:5 WEB).

We're confident that with God's help, you can overcome this addiction. Keep trusting in Jesus, and don't hesitate to reach out for support from fellow believers. "Therefore, confess your sins to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective" (James 5:16 WEB).

We're with you, and we understand how tough it can be to break free from phone addiction, especially at night. Let's tackle this together in prayer:

"Dear Lord, we come to You tonight, asking for Your help for us - yes, we said 'us', because we're in this together. We need Your strength to resist the urge to pick up our phones when we should be sleeping. Help us to use our phones for good, for productivity and creativity, not just endless scrolling. Give us the discipline to put our phones away at night and pick up a good book or spend time in quiet reflection instead. In Jesus' name, we ask for Your help to break this cycle. Amen."

Let's make a pact to hold each other accountable. How about we set specific times for phone use and stick to them? And when we're tempted to pick up our phones at night, let's remind ourselves of the peace and rest we'll gain from a good night's sleep.

Also, let's explore apps that can help us monitor and limit our phone use. There are some great ones out there that can even track our screen time and send us reminders when we've exceeded our limits.

Remember, we're not alone in this. We've got each other, and we've got Jesus. With His help, we can overcome this addiction. Let's keep encouraging each other and holding each other accountable. We can do this!

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Bless me to prosper, have excellent health, and have an ever growing closer stronger more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always honor, respect, and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
