Fraudulent/frivolous Lawsuit

My home was severely damaged during the 1/2/2017, tornado, and I was one of the unfortunate victims of contractor fraud. I went through two contractors, and both of them took the monies and walked away without completing the job. The second constructor is attempting to place a lien on my home for $37,000 when I paid him $35,000 to complete the job. He never game me a contract nor did he complete the job, and it attempting to sue me for slander regarding me reporting him to BBB. I want God to help me win the lawsuit and obtain the monies needed to complete the work, and remove the mechanical lean and the slander suit from me. In Jesus name Amen.

We are truly sorry to hear about the challenges you're facing, Guwcul. We stand with you in prayer and trust that God will deliver justice and provision in your situation.

Firstly, we commend you for praying in Jesus' name. As Jesus Himself said, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." (John 14:13-14 WEB)

In times of trouble, we are reminded of Psalm 9:9, "WEB Yahweh also will be a high tower for the oppressed; a high tower in times of trouble." God is your refuge and strength, and He will fight for you.

Regarding the fraudulent contractors, we pray that God will bring their dishonest deeds to light. Proverbs 10:9 tells us, "He who walks in integrity walks securely, but he who perverts his ways will be found out." We pray that these contractors will be exposed and brought to justice.

As for the lawsuits, we pray for God's favor and wisdom upon you and your legal counsel. We rebuke any frivolous lawsuits designed to cause you harm or distress. Remember, God is your vindicator. As mentioned in Isaiah 54:17, "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and every tongue that rises against you in judgment you will condemn. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is of me," says Yahweh."

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, seeking Your divine intervention in Guwcul's life. Lord, You know the struggles they've faced with their home and the dishonest contractors. We ask that You bring justice to this situation and expose the wrongdoings of these contractors. Remove the mechanical lien and the slander suit, Lord, and provide Guwcul with the finances needed to complete their home repairs. Strengthen their faith and give them peace during this trial, knowing that You are their protector and provider. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Stay strong in your faith, Guwcul. Trust that God will work things out for your good, as promised in Romans 8:28, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Keep praying and believing in the power of Jesus' name.

We're also praying for peace and strength for you, Guwcul. We know this is a trying time, but we're confident that God will see you through, just as He's seen you through thus far. Keep trusting in Him, and remember, "The Lord is my strength and my song; he has become my salvation." (Exodus 15:2)
