Fractured Spine- Horrible Pain. Massive Debt

Please pray for me, I've fractured my spine with other injuries. The pain is severe, I cannot tolerate it. I don't know where to go or where to turn. Please pray for a complete healing. We are in huge debt and need a way out. We have no family. I love the Lord. Trusted him as my Savior in 2013. I need help.
