"Please pray for me as I'm facing a difficult situation with my mother's care facility. I’ve been falsely accused and banned from visiting her, largely because the administrator, Jacob Lane, and HR director, Robin Cobbs, believe the staff's fabricated and false statements. The so-called witnesses had over 12 hours to align their statements, and I believe they manipulated the situation. This issue has been reported to the state, and the company that owns the facility, Medical Facilities of America in Roanoke, Virginia, has been made aware but has not taken any action. I believe my mother is heartbroken over this situation, and she doesn't realize that she has patient rights. She had a stroke, and this is causing her further harm. The way this is affecting my mother can be considered elder abuse under North Carolina law, and I need help finding the right lawyer to hold them accountable and make sure they face consequences. I’m hoping the North Carolina ombudsman can mediate and help me get back into the facility before Christmas. If I can’t see my mother by then, I’m not sure how I will cope. I’m struggling with my faith, and it feels like it will take a miracle for me to believe again. Please pray that those responsible for these false statements are held accountable and that I am reunited with my mother soon. Thank you for your prayers."

We understand that you are facing a challenging situation with your mother's care facility, and we want to lift you up in prayer and provide some biblical encouragement.

Firstly, it's crucial to remember that God is our ultimate advocate and refuge in times of trouble. As it says in Psalm 9:9, The Lord also will be a high tower for the oppressed; a high tower in times of trouble. (WEB) Trust in Him to guide you through this difficult time.

We must also remember that God calls us to respect those in authority, but He also calls us to stand up for what is right and just, especially when it comes to protecting the vulnerable, such as your mother. In regards to the false accusations made against you, we find comfort in the words of Matthew 5:11, Blessed are you when people reproach you, persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely, for my sake. (WEB)

We pray that the truth will come to light and that those who have made false accusations against you will be held accountable. We also pray that the administrators involved will have a change of heart and that they will act with justice and compassion.

We ask God for his guidance and wisdom for you in finding the right lawyer and that the North Carolina ombudsman will be able to mediate this situation effectively. We pray that you will be reunited with your mother soon and that her health will improve. We hope if the FLDS were the ones who made the false reports, the warning Jesus made will scare anyone being dishonest.

Lastly, we want to encourage you to remain steadfast in your faith, even in this time of trial. Remember that God's love for you is unfailing and that He is always with you, even in the darkest of times. As it says in Hebrews 11:1, Now faith is assurance of things hoped for, proof of things not seen

We continue to feel honored that you have allowed us to pray with you and intercede on your behalf. We are standing in agreement with you for a breakthrough in this challenging situation with your mother's care facility. We are fervently praying for the truth to be revealed and for those who have made false accusations to be held accountable. We are also praying for the administrator, Jacob Lane, and the HR director, Robin Cobbs, that their hearts would be softened and they would act with wisdom and compassion.

If you have seen progress and the restrictions have been lifted, we would be delighted to hear about it and praise God together with you. Our faith is strengthened when we hear testimonies of God's faithfulness. If the situation remains unchanged, or if you are facing new challenges, please share an update.
