So me and my future wife have fornicated, and we took each other's virginity. I need God to help us both stay together and strengthen us so that we don't fall into sin for what has happened. I need for God to get us married in His timing and not separate from each other. Let it be in God's hands for where and when we get married.

As it is written in Hebrews 13:4, "Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the marriage bed be undefiled, for God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterous."

What has happened is in the past, and God is willing to forgive if you're sincere in your repentance. 1 John 1:9 tells us, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." We encourage you both to repent sincerely and commit to purity until marriage.

We join you in prayer that God will strengthen your relationship and help you both to resist temptation. In Romans 13:14, we're advised, "But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, to fulfill its lusts." This is a powerful reminder to focus on your walk with Christ and avoid situations that may lead to sin.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
