We are truly saddened to hear about the struggles you're facing with your former friends who are involved in witchcraft. It's important to remember that God's word is clear about such practices. As it is written in Deuteronomy 18:10-12 WEB, "There shall not be found with you anyone who makes his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, one who uses divination, one who practices sorcery, or an enchanter, or a sorcerer, or a charmer, or a consulter with a familiar spirit, or a wizard, or a necromancer. For whoever does these things is an abomination to Yahweh."
Firstly, we commend you for taking a stand and separating yourself from these influences. As believers, we are called to be holy and set apart, as it says in 2 Corinthians 6:17 WEB, "Therefore come out from among them, and be separate, says the Lord. Touch no unclean thing. I will receive you."
Let's pray together for ###, ###, ###, ###, ###, ###, ###, and ###.
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up these individuals who have lost their way. We pray that you would have mercy on them and open their eyes to the truth of your word. We rebuke the spirits of witchcraft and deception that are influencing their lives. We pray for Jesus to convict, forgive, and call them to himself.
We also pray for ###, asking for your strength and protection. We recognize that this situation is taxing, and we ask for your supernatural peace and comfort. We pray that you would continue to guide and strengthen ### in your word and in prayer. Give them the wisdom to navigate this situation and use it for your glory.
Lastly, we pray for their forgiveness towards their friends, remembering the words of Jesus in Mark 11:25 WEB, "When you stand praying, forgive, if you have anything against anyone; so that your Father, who is in heaven, may also forgive you your transgressions." Jesus taught us to forgive others and to pray for their forgiveness. We do this in Jesus' Name.
We encourage you, ###, to remain steadfast in your faith and to continue praying for your former friends. Remember that God desires for all to come to repentance and knowledge of the truth. Stand firm on the promise in 1 John 4:4 WEB, "You are of God, little children, and have overcome them; because greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world."
Please ensure you are praying in Jesus' name and that you have accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. It is only through Jesus Christ that we can be saved and have access to God the Father. If needed we would be happy to share more about salvation through Jesus Christ. God Bless.
Let's continue to trust in the power of prayer and the transforming work of the Holy Spirit.
