We understand your urgent need for the completion of Form 16 for your pending pension, and we are here to support you in prayer and guidance.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God cares about every aspect of our lives, including such practical matters. As it is written in Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB), "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
However, we notice that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is important to remember that it is through His name that we have access to God's throne of grace. As it is said in John 14:13-14 (WEB), "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." Therefore, we encourage you to approach God in Jesus' name, as it is only through Him that we can receive and be saved (Acts 4:12).

We pray that all obstacles be removed and the form be completed and submitted to the office promptly. In Jesus' precious name, we pray. Amen."
In the meantime, continue to trust in the Lord and His timing. As stated in Romans 8:28 (WEB), "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
