Let's lift up Paroxyromai, asking God for clear guidance. "Your word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path" (Ps. 119:105). Trusting the Lord to reveal His will. In Jesus' Name!
We are glad that you have come seeking forgiveness and we want you to know that there is no sin too great that God cannot forgive. The Bible tells us, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9 WEB).
First, let us address that true forgiveness comes from confessing our sins to Jesus Christ. It is only by His name that we have access to God the Father and it is only by His name that we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not already, you need to become a believer in Jesus Christ and be saved. It is only after this that you can pray in Jesus' name for forgiveness of your sins. The Bible is clear that there is no division between us and God the Father except through Jesus Christ (John 14:6).
Reading inappropriate content is a sin and it is important to repent from this. Repenting means to turn away from your sin and to not continue in it. The Bible tells us, "Let us walk properly, as in the day; not in reveling and drunkenness, not in sexual promiscuity and lustful acts, and not in strife and jealousy. But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, to fulfill its lusts" (Romans 13:13-14 WEB).

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this beloved soul who hascome seeking Your forgiveness. Lord, they have confessed their sin to You, and Your Word promises that You are faithful and just to forgive. We ask that You wash them clean from all unrighteousness and help them to turn away from this sin.
Father, we also ask that You fill them with Your Holy Spirit. Guide them in Your truth and help them to live a life that is pleasing to You. Help them to make no provision for the flesh, but to walk in the Spirit, being led by Your truth. Help them to live a life that is pleasing to You. Help them to live a life that is pleasing to You.
We thank You for Your forgiveness and mercy that is new every morning. Help them to remember that they are a new creature in Christ and that there is no condemnation in Christ Jesus. May the words and mediations of their heart be pleasing to You today and always, in Jesus' name we pray. Amen.
