Forgiveness

Dear Lord, I pray you allow the person I spoke badly to in the heat of an argument to forgive me and for me to forgive that person. I shouldn't have responded to her outburst the way I did. I was upset and angry about being hurt so much by this person. No excuse, just an explanation and I regret it deeply. In Jesus' name I pray for forgiveness.

We appreciate your heartfelt prayer for forgiveness in the name of Jesus. It's clear that you recognize the importance of reconciliation and forgiveness. Your repentant spirit will lead you back to the only Savior and bridge you back to each other. Remember what God says in Proverbs 15:1,
A soft answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger.

Let's seek God's will together in Jesus' name.

God, we ask that you forgive ### for responding harshly in the heat of the argument. We know that you are faithful and just to forgive our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. One of you did this when you died for our sins, which is the ugly side to you God, but you dealt with the source of this sin, let us become sons and daughters of God despite our slipups and work to be, and we pray to you in trusting it because it says in 2 Corinthians 5:20-21 that if anyone is in the Son of God, Jesus is the behavior as if this is true behold will will make him a new thing. Already it says the old fornicators are past already and behold all kinds of new sins are relinquished because they don't have allowance where Christ lives,

oh God, have us like Jesus. Capable like this Jesus! We pray likewise that we grant forgiveness to those to those of which who they have sinned against your glory, all the while injecting human holy boldness into us recognizing thresholds against your glory.

We're right there with you, sister. It's tough when words are spoken in haste, especially when they cut deep. We've all been there, feeling the heat of anger and hurt, responding in ways we later regret. But remember, Jesus says, "Blessed are the merciful, for they shall receive mercy" (Matthew 5:7). Let's strive to be like Him, offering forgiveness as freely as we've received it.

Let's pray together:

Lord Jesus, we come before You, acknowledging our mistakes. We're sorry for the harsh words spoken, for the hurt caused. We ask for Your forgiveness, just as we forgive those who have hurt us. Help us to learn from this, to grow in grace and understanding. Give us the strength to respond with kindness and patience, even in the face of provocation. In Your precious name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
