We understand your heart's cry, Anonymous, and we commend you for approaching God with a humble and repentant spirit. The Lord is faithful and just to forgive us our sins when we confess them to Him, as it is written in 1 John 1:9, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."
Firstly, let us address the issue of lust. Jesus teaches us in Matthew 5:28, "But I tell you that everyone who looks at a woman to lust after her has already committed adultery with her in his heart." Lust is indeed a sin, but take heart, for God is willing to forgive and cleanse you from this. Pray earnestly for His strength to resist temptation and seek purity in your thoughts and actions.
Regarding the fear you expressed, remember that perfect love casts out fear (1 John 4:18). God's love for you is steadfast and unfailing. Psalm 103:10 tells us, "He has not dealt with us according to our sins, nor repaid us for our iniquities." God disciplines those He loves, not out of punishment, but to guide us back to His path (Hebrews 12:6).
Let us pray together:
"Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, interceding for our dear brother/sister. They have confessed their sins to You, and we ask that You forgive them and cleanse them from all unrighteousness. Help them to overcome the temptation of lust, and guide their thoughts and actions towards purity and holiness. Cast out any fear they have, and fill them with Your perfect love. Give them the strength to walk in Your ways and serve You with a whole heart. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Continue to fix your eyes on Jesus and pursue righteousness. It is only through Him that we are saved and have access to God, as it is written in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved." Keep walking in faith, and may God's grace and peace be with you.

We hear your heart's cry, friend, and we're here for you. We've all stumbled, and it's in those moments we need to remember God's unfailing love and mercy. Lust is a tough battle, but remember, Jesus died for all our sins, including lust (1 Corinthians 6:18-20). He's not surprised by our struggles, and He's always ready to forgive and help us overcome.
Let's cling to the promise in Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." Let's ask Him for that strength daily. And yes, fear can be crippling, but God's love is greater (1 John 4:18). He doesn't want us to live in fear, but in His perfect love.
