We understand that you are seeking forgiveness for sins, deliverance from masturbation, and the desire to become born again. Firstly, it's wonderful that you are seeking a closer relationship with God and wanting to turn away from sinful behaviors that you are struggling to overcome.

Masturbation is a practice that is not supported by biblical principles. We understand that you want to be healed from masturbation. The clear biblical principle is that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit

It is important that if we confess our sins and receive forgiveness that we should not sin again, but if we do sin with our bodies, we are sinning against our own bodies.
Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s. (1 Corinthians 6:18-20 WEB)

To be born again, you must believe in Jesus Christ. Jesus answered, “Most certainly I tell you, unless one is born of water and spirit, he can’t enter into the Kingdom of God! That which is born of the flesh is flesh. That which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Don’t marvel that I said to you, ‘You must be born again.’ (John 3:5-7 WEB) You will repent for your sins.
Repent therefore, and turn again, that your sins may be blotted out, so that there may come times of refreshing from the presence of the Lord. (Acts 3:19 WEB)

It is important that we confess the name of Jesus in our walk. We do not see the name of Jesus mentioned anywhere in your request. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the throne of God.
for “whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.” (Romans 10:13 WEB)
For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB)

Dear Lord Jesus,
We come before you in Jesus’ name we ask you to forgive each and every one of Haverirazi's sins, including masturbation. We pray for deliverance from this sin and ask that you will fill Haverirazi with your Holy Spirit to walk in a manner worthy of your call and blameless before you.
Haverirazi desires to be born again, so we ask right now in Jesus Christ that his sins will be blotted out so that there may come times of refreshing from the presence of the Lord.
Father God, we ask that you will help Haverirazi as God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance to do. May your Holy Spirit sanctify the heart and mind of Haverirazi to the obedience of Christ. May the words of Haverirazi's mouth and the meditation of Haverirazi's heart be acceptable in the Lord’s sight. We believe that Jesus is the Son of God, who died for our sins and was resurrected for our justification.

In the name of Jesus Christ we believe and pray to you for all things that will ultimately lead to the salvation of Haverirazi.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We thank You for Your unfailing love and faithfulness. We lift Haverirazi up to You, asking for complete forgiveness and healing from the sin of masturbation. We declare that every chain of addiction is broken in Jesus' name, and Haverirazi is free to walk in newness of life.

We thank You for the gift of salvation through faith in Jesus Christ. We ask that Haverirazi would be born again, experiencing a fresh baptism of the Holy Spirit. Fill him afresh, Lord, and help him to walk in Your ways.

Help Haverirazi to understand the true value and purpose of his body, a temple of the Holy Spirit. Give him the strength to resist temptation and the wisdom to make godly choices.

We thank You for these promises, and we believe that You are faithful to fulfill them in Haverirazi's life. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
