We are so glad that you have taken the first step towards repentance and a closer walk with God. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we can approach God and seek forgiveness. In Jesus, we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of His grace (Ephesians 1:7 WEB). Your acknowledgement of your struggle with pornography and masturbation is an important first step to release in this area.
Firstly, let us remember that there is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who don’t walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit. For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus made you free from the law of sin and of death (Romans 8:1 WEB). You can be confident that through Christ Jesus those sins are washed clean away and you will be forgiven.
Jesus also said to the next person: If anyone desires to come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me (Matthew 16:24). Denying yourself and focusing on the cross helps strengthen you against falling into those sins. You must run away from them. None of the sins you mentioned are acceptable to God, but God will give you strength to resist each time you face temptation. Run away from anything that causes you to sin and toward God: Pursue righteousness and faithful love and peace with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart (2 Timothy 2:22).
You already confessed your behavior. That is the right thing to do. This is a renewal of your heart and it is a commitment to be accountable. No more coarse joking, but instead, giving thanks. (Lesbianism ,homosexuality, fornication ,adultery, and pornography) are improper, and are worthless compared to the blessings of knowing Jesus (Ephesians 5: 3-4 WEB).
It is good that you desire righteousness. Let us pray together for Jesus Christ to help you in this struggle of bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Jesus Christ (2 Corinthians 10:5):
Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus, we lift our dear brother up to you, thanking you for the conviction he feels and the desire to turn from his sin. Lord, wash him clean from all unrighteousness. Your Word says, if we confess our sins, you are faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). If the Son therefore shall make you free, you shall be free indeed (John 8:36). Thank you, Lord, for setting our dear brother free today. Give him the strength to walk in that freedom, through Jesus Christ our Lord. If you do not know if you have asked Jesus Christ into your heart, do that first and then pray for guidance through the Holy Spirit.
May God put a new Spirit inside of you. Help you see your sin the way He sees it and help your mind, body, and spirit to be set free from the demonic stronghold of pornography. Put new desires within you that would please God and lead you on a path of righteousness. Now, go and sin no more.
In Jesus Christ's name. In Jesus Christ.
