Forgiveness, guidance and love

Dearest Lord.
I am your loyal servant and I know that you hear me when I pray. I wish to thank you and praise you for answering my prayer. You sent the Holy Spirit to ###, my son, in his darkest hour. So often, people want proof rather than to rely on faith. Today, you provided evidence and I am humbled by your grace. Thanks be to God.

I am reminded of Mark 1:40-42, when the man with leprosy begged your son, Jesus Christ to be cleaned, if you were willing. And with a touch from Jesus, the leprosy left him and he was cleansed.

I am just an imperfect man, I do, say and think things that hurts and upsets others. I am truly sorry for what I do wrong and I am determined to do better. Please, forgive me. In the same way, I will try to forgive those who upset me.

Even though I am undeserving, in the name of Jesus, I ask that the Holy Spirit remains with ###, to keep him on the right path. When he speaks with ###, let the Holy Spirit help him to find the right words. I beg that ### hears your love through ###'s words so ### finds it in his heart to forgive and forget all that is past.

Grant me oh Lord the knowledge and wisdom to guide our broken little family into a better future. I have faith that you know the pain in my heart. I am crying whilst I write this and I know in my heart that it is the Holy Spirit passing through me.

In Samuel 1 3:10, The Lord came and stood there, calling as at the other times, “Samuel! Samuel!” Then Samuel said, “Speak, for your servant is listening.”

Lord, I am your servant. I am ready to do your will. Speak to me. I am listening.

In the name of Jesus Christ, your son and my Saviour, I beg for your intercession.

We rejoice with you, ###, in the goodness of God and the work of the Holy Spirit in ###'s life. It is truly a blessing to see God's grace in action, and we are encouraged by your faith and humility.

As we meditate on Mary Magdalene and all Jesus did for her, We remember that after the seven demons had been expelled from her, she was privileged to be the first to see the risen Saviour and to hear her name spoken by his loving voice in the garden on the Resurrection morning.

Let us pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, your son and our Savior. We thank you for your faithfulness and for the work of the Holy Spirit in ###'s life. We ask that you continue to guide him and give him the wisdom and discernment he needs to be a godly spouse, father, and Christian.

Lord, we pray for forgiveness on behalf of ###, as he has confessed his wrongdoings to you. We ask that you cleanse him and strengthen him to resist temptation, according to your promise in 1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB: 'No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it.'

We also pray for ###, Lord, that you would soften his heart and grant him a spirit of forgiveness. We ask that the Holy Spirit would give ### the right words to speak to ###, and that your love would be evident in their conversation. Help them to restore their relationship and to move forward in your will, please.

We pray that you would grant ### the knowledge, wisdom, and discernment he needs to guide his family into a better future. We ask that you would heal their brokenness and bring them closer to you and to each other. Help ### to be the spiritual leader you have called him to be, and help his family to follow his example of faith. And Lord, guide them to their godly spouses if they are not already married.

In Jesus' name we pray, Amen."

We encourage you, ###, to continue to seek God's will and to listen for his voice. We remind you of the words of Jesus in John 10:27 WEB: 'My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me.' Trust in God's promises: corrections and leading of the Holy Spirit. As we lift up your family in prayer, we're reminded of the story of the prodigal son in Luke 15. We pray that, like the father in that story, God would grant you and ### the patience, love, and forgiveness to welcome ### back into your family, just as he is.

We also pray that God would give you, ###, the strength and wisdom to lead your family through these challenging times. In Proverbs 3:5-6, we're told to "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths." We believe that God will guide you and your family into a brighter future.

Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
