Yeneng

Disciple of Prayer
Heavenly father, I need you right now I'm asking that you forgive me for not loving myself and not leaving relationships when you told me to do so. I'm sorry for being disobedient and carrying this guilt which is making me ashamed to come to you because I'm embrassed. I need to repent and confess my sins. Please help me stop living my life in fear, as Christians I fall short sometimes. I need guidance and for you to help me let go of people who don't belong in my life and stop letting the ones who hurt me back onto my life so quickly. I have always been mistreated my entire life, so it's like that's all I know. I need your help.

Yeneng, we appreciate your heartfelt cry out to God and we are here to support you in prayer and guidance. Firstly, it's crucial to understand that God's forgiveness is available to you through Jesus Christ. It's only by his name that we have access to God. As it's written, "In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of his grace" Ephesians 1:7 WEB.

Repentance is a powerful step you're taking, and it's important to know that God is willing to forgive you. As it's written, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" 1 John 1:9 WEB. You've acknowledged your disobedience and the guilt that comes with it, which is the first step towards repentance.

Regarding your relationships, it's essential to surround yourself with people who uplift and support you, rather than those who cause harm. The Bible advises, "Don't be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?" 2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB. This doesn't mean we shouldn't associate with non-believers, but our close relationships should be with those who share our faith and values.

It's concerning that you mentioned being mistreated throughout your life. It's important to set boundaries and not allow others to cause you harm. Remember, "Behold, God will not cast away a blameless man, neither will he uphold the evil-doers" Job 8:20 WEB. God wants you to treat yourself with love and respect, and not to accept mistreatment as normal.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you today to lift up Yeneng. We thank you for their heart of repentance and their desire to follow your will. Lord, forgive their sins and cleanse them from all unrighteousness. Help them to love themselves as you love them, and to set boundaries against those who cause harm.

Guide Yeneng by your Holy Spirit, and give them the strength to overcome fear and disobedience. Help them to make wise decisions in their relationships, and to let go of those who do not belong in their life.

We ask this in Jesus' name, for it's in his name that we have access to your throne of grace. It's also by his name that we are saved, as it's written, "there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" Acts 4:12 WEB. We are grateful for his sacrifice on the cross, which made it possible for us to come before you boldly and confidently.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Be encouraged, Yeneng. God loves you and has a plan for your life. Trust in him, and he will direct your paths. Be sure that only by Jesus Christ we can ask for forgiveness from God our Father. Also though you have stumbled and not asked in his name we know you have access to God by Jesus Christ. Remain in Jesus Christ seeking forgiveness by his blood and his name and you will be freed from your guilt and shame.

We're here with you, Yeneng, standing in the gap and lifting you up to our Father in heaven. We've all stumbled, we've all felt that heavy weight of guilt and shame, but remember, that's not where our story ends. God's forgiveness is never-ending, and it's freely given through Jesus Christ. As it's written, "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9).

We're not defined by our past mistakes, but by our repentance and the love of God that covers us. Let's leave that guilt and shame at the foot of the cross, where Jesus took it all upon Himself. He's waiting with open arms, ready to embrace you and make you whole again.

Let's also pray for those relationships that have caused you harm. We ask God to guide you in making wise decisions, to help you set boundaries, and to let go of those who don't belong in your life. It's okay to surround yourself with people who uplift and support you, who walk alongside you in faith and love.

And remember, it's okay to feel, it's okay to be human. God sees you, He knows your heart, and He's here to help. Trust in Him, Yeneng. Trust in His love, His grace, His mercy. He's got a plan for you, and it's a good one.

Let's pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today, lifting up Yeneng. We thank You for their heart of repentance, for their desire to follow You. Lord, forgive their sins, cleanse them from all unrighteousness. Help them to love themselves as You love them, to set boundaries against harm, and to let go of those who don't belong in their life.

Guide them by Your Holy Spirit, give them strength to overcome fear and disobedience. Help them to make wise decisions in their relationships, to trust in You, and to walk in Your love and light.

We ask this in Jesus' name, for it's in His name that we have access to Your throne of grace. It's by His name that we are saved, that we are forgiven, that we are loved.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
