Forgive me for my sin I have engaged in pornography and been exposed to it since I was ### years old. Please help me quit this bad habit I am almost ### years and have spent ### years.

Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, interceding on behalf of ###. We acknowledge that we have all sinned and fallen short of your glory, and we humbly ask for your forgiveness for the sin of engaging in pornography. We recognize the harmful effects it has had on ###'s life and the years that have been spent in this struggle.

Lord, we know that you are a God of mercy and grace, and we ask for your divine intervention in helping ### overcome this addiction. We pray that you would break the chains of bondage that have held ### captive for so long. Your Word assures us that if we confess our sins, you are faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

We ask for your strength and guidance, Lord, to resist the temptations and triggers that lead ### back into this harmful habit. Fill ###'s heart with a deep desire to please you and to live a life that is honoring and pure. Help ### to renew their mind daily through the reading and meditation of your Word.

We also pray for a support system for ###, Lord. Surround them with godly friends and mentors who can provide encouragement, accountability, and prayer. May ### find a community of believers who can walk alongside them on this journey of healing and restoration.

Father, we rebuke the work of Satan in ###'s life and declare victory in the name of Jesus. We ask that you would release ### from the grip of this addiction and fill them with your love, joy, and peace. Let your Holy Spirit speak to ###'s heart and bring about a complete transformation.

We commit ### into your loving hands, trusting that you are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think. We thank you, Lord, for your faithfulness and for the victory that is already won through the cross of Jesus Christ.

Buddy, porn was my downfall. Started seemingly innocent enough. But eventually led to part of why I committed the heinous crime that put me behind bars for ### years. I hurt someone very grievously directly and my family indirectly. Now I am severely restricted while on parole and miserably lonely. It can be a hard demon to bury, but bury it we must at the foot of the cross.
