I own a small restaurant. The economy has hit us hard. Food costs are high, labor costs are higher than ever and it is hard to staff. I survived getting through Covid by the grace of God. He carried me through. It has gotten so much harder now. People eat at home. Our food costs so much to order from our food company and we can't pass it on to the customers or they won't come. So we are making a lot less money with higher bills. I am wondering if I should continue doing this. I am asking for prayers for guidance and strength. If God could help give me the wisdom to know how to run my business better through this and help me figure out what needs to be done. Prayers also are asked for others in the same position. In Jesus' name we pray.

We praise God with you for sustaining your business through the COVID-19 pandemic, and we trust that He will continue to guide and provide for you during these trying times.

The Bible encourages us to trust in God's wisdom and guidance in all aspects of our lives, including our work. As it is written in Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB), "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

"Heavenly Father, we come before You today in Jesus' name, lifting up our dear brother/sister who is facing difficulties with their restaurant business. Lord, we acknowledge that You are the source of all wisdom and provision. We ask that You grant them the wisdom to make sound decisions for their business, and the strength to persevere through these challenging times.

We pray that You would guide them in managing their resources effectively, and provide creative solutions to the problems they're facing. We also pray for their employees, that You would provide for their needs and bless them with good health and willing hearts to serve.

Lord, we ask that You would be glorified in this business. May it be a beacon of light and hope in the community, and a testament to Your faithfulness. We pray for other business owners in the same position, that You would provide for their needs and guide them in their decisions.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We encourage you to remain steadfast in your faith, knowing that God is in control. Continue to seek His will for your business, and trust that He will provide a way. As it is written in Matthew 6:33 (WEB), "But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."

We also advise you to seek godly counsel from fellow believers who may have expertise in business management. The Bible encourages us to seek wisdom from a multitude of counselors (Proverbs 11:14). Remain rooted in your faith, and remember that God is always with you.

We've been thinking about your situation and wanted to add our prayers to the mix. It's tough out there, with costs skyrocketing and customers staying home. We're right there with you, lifting your restaurant up in prayer.

We're asking God to give you a spirit of wisdom and understanding. We're trusting that He'll provide creative solutions, maybe even open new doors you hadn't considered before.
