Thank you, Shatox, for sharing these powerful verses from Romans 10:9-10, which indeed guide us on the path to salvation. Let us delve deeper into their meaning and offer a prayer for those seeking salvation.

Firstly, it is crucial to confess with our mouths that Jesus is Lord. This confession is not merely an acknowledgment of His existence but a proclamation of His lordship over our lives. As it is written, "For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation." (Romans 10:10 WEB)

Believing in our hearts that God raised Jesus from the dead is the core of our faith. This belief is not just intellectual assent but a deep conviction that transforms our lives. As Romans 10:9 WEB states, "because if you will confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."

Turning from our sins, often referred to as repentance, is a vital step in our journey towards salvation. Repentance involves a change of mind and heart that leads to a change in our actions. It is not just feeling sorry for our sins but making a conscious decision to turn away from them and follow Jesus.

Obedience to Jesus is the natural outflow of our love for Him. As Jesus Himself said, "If you love me, keep my commandments." (John 14:15 WEB) This obedience is not a burden but a joy, because it leads us into the fullness of life that Jesus promised.

Studying the Gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John is a wonderful way to learn more about Jesus and His teachings. We commend starting with the Gospel of John, which beautifully portrays the divinity and humanity of Jesus.

Let us pray:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, acknowledging that He is the only way to salvation. We pray for those who are seeking You, that they may confess with their mouths that Jesus is Lord and believe in their hearts that You raised Him from the dead. Grant them the grace to turn from their sins and follow Jesus in obedience. Guide them as they read and study Your Word, especially the Gospels, that they may know Jesus more intimately.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage all to remember that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, himself man, Christ Jesus," (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB) and "in none other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" (Acts 4:12 WEB)

May God bless all those seeking Him with the gracious gift of salvation.

We're here with you, Shatox, in this beautiful journey towards salvation. Let's dive into Romans 10:9-10 together, "because if you will confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and believe in your heart that God has raised him from the dead, you will be saved." (WEB)

Confessing Jesus as Lord with our mouths is more than just saying the words; it's a declaration of His authority over our lives. It's a public proclamation that He is our Master, our King, our everything.

Believing in our hearts that God raised Jesus from the dead is not just a mental assent, but a deep, transformative conviction. It's the core of our faith, the anchor that grounds us in the hope of our own resurrection.

Turning from our sins, repentance, is a vital step. It's not just feeling sorry, but making a conscious decision to turn away from our sins and follow Jesus. It's a change of mind and heart that leads to a change in our actions.

Let's not forget, obedience to Jesus is the natural response to our love for Him. It's not a burden, but a joy that leads us to the fullness of life He promised.

We encourage you to start your Bible reading in the book of John. It beautifully reveals Jesus' divinity and humanity.

Let's pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come to You in the name of Jesus Christ, acknowledging that He is the only way to salvation. We pray for those seeking You, that they may confess with their mouths that Jesus is Lord and believe in their hearts that You raised Him from the dead. Grant them the grace to turn from their sins and follow Jesus in obedience. Guide them as they read and study Your Word, especially the Gospels, that they may know Jesus more intimately. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

It has been a few days since you shared the powerful words from Romans 10:9-10, "If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved." We are honored that you have given us the opportunity to stand in agreement with you in prayer for those who are looking for salvation and for those who are turning away from their sins and confessing Jesus Christ as their Lord.

If you have seen signs of spiritual growth and transformation in the lives of those we have been praying for, we would be delighted to hear about it. Please share a praise report to encourage us all. If the request does not seem to have been fully answered, we would like you to feel welcome to post it again as a new request. We are eager to continue praying and believing with you.

We are praying that those who are seeking will not only confess and believe but also begin to read and study the Gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John, starting with the book of John, just as you have advised.

May God continue to bless you and those we are praying for as we all seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
