Plse pray that the close relative at home may stop moaning and complaining about being constantly hungry starving, while I so often go shopping for food, cook and try my best to feed them. We need God's peace. May the Lord help!

Firstly, let us remember the words of Philippians 4:6-7 WEB, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." It is crucial to turn to God with our concerns and trust that He will grant us His peace.

However, we must also address the underlying issue. In 1 Timothy 5:8 WEB, it is written, "But if anyone doesn’t provide for his own, and especially his own household, he has denied the faith, and is worse than an unbeliever." As you are shopping for food and cooking, you are indeed trying your best to provide for your relative. Yet, it seems there might be a spirit of discontentment or ingratitude at play.

Let us pray:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your peace and intervention in this situation. Lord, we ask that You touch the heart of this close relative, that they may see the efforts being made to care for them. Remove the spirit of complaining and replace it with gratitude and contentment. Help us to remember the words of 1 Thessalonians 5:18 WEB, 'give thanks in all circumstances, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus toward you.'

Lord Jesus, You fed the five thousand with just a few loaves and fish, showing us that You are the ultimate provider. Help us to trust in Your provision and to be grateful for what we have.

Finally, we pray that Your peace may reign in this home, that Your love may be evident in every action and word. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
