Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, interceding on behalf of those who are seeking salvation. We thank you for the powerful message in Romans 10:9-10, which assures us that if we confess with our mouths that Jesus is Lord and believe in our hearts that you raised Him from the dead, we will be saved. We pray for those who are on the journey of seeking salvation, that they may encounter your love and grace in a profound way.
Lord, we ask that you touch their hearts and open their eyes to the truth of your Word. Help them to understand that salvation is not a distant or unattainable goal, but rather it is as close as their very mouths. May they realize that by confessing and turning from their sins, and by following and obeying Jesus, they can experience the transformative power of your salvation.
We pray that you would guide them to read and study the books of Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John in the Bible, starting with the book of John. May the words of these scriptures penetrate their hearts and lead them to a deeper understanding of who Jesus is and the sacrifice He made for their salvation.
Father, we ask for your Holy Spirit to work in their lives, drawing them closer to you and illuminating the path of salvation before them. Give them the strength and courage to surrender their lives to you, to trust in Jesus as their Lord and Savior, and to experience the joy and peace that comes from being justified by faith.
We lift up these individuals to you, knowing that you are a God who delights in showing mercy. We pray that they would encounter your love, forgiveness, and grace in a personal and life-changing way. May they come to know you intimately and experience the fullness of salvation that you offer.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
